Please ensure you have read the below terms and conditions carefully. By submitting payment to Paige Tuzée Designs, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about our conditions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

 

Timeframes

WEDDING / EVENT STATIONERY

Invitation suites and wedding day stationery can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks, based on a number of factors. For the design phase, please allow approximately 2 weeks. This can vary depending on how many revisions you may require. Once the design is complete, print turn around times will depend on the style of printing you are after:

  • Foil, emboss, fabric or sticker printing; allow 4 weeks
  • Letterpress print; allow 2 weeks
  • Digital print; allow 1 week

Please also allow additional time for postage if you are interstate / international.

 

CUSTOM BRANDING

For branding, please allow 8-12 weeks. This can vary depending on how many revisions you may require.

During busy seasons, time frames may fluctuate slightly based upon order volume.

 

Shipping / Australia
Packages are always sent via tracked Australia Post (except sample packs, which are posted as a letter).

Regular Shipping: $10*
Express Post: $15*
DHL can be organised upon request.

*Large orders may incur higher shipping costs.

Regular post is usually received within 3-8 business days of dispatch, and express post within 2-3 business days of dispatch (depending on location). Please visit the Australia Post website for the most up to date delivery timings.

We ship to most international countries via tracked Australia Post (except sample packs, which are posted as a letter).

Express Post: $45*

Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to make sure that your contact details and postal address are correct. In the instance that you submit an incorrect undeliverable address, or provide an incorrect address that is accepted by someone other than yourself, or fail to collect your parcel from the post office within suitable time, this error lies with yourself and Paige Tuzée Designs hold no responsibility. If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to us, we reserve the right to require you to pay additional postage fees to your new address. In the instance that your parcel is unable to be returned to us, you will not qualify for a refund.

 

Orders Lost / damaged / delayed in transit
As diligent as we are, there are certain things we have no control over. The delivery timeframe is in no way a guarantee of delivery time. If there are any unforeseen delays, damages or delivery issues with your order once posted, our liability is limited to the amount of any compensation we are able to recover from the delivery service provider.

 

Payment, GST & Taxes
All service prices, shipping prices and payment transactions are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Australian orders all include GST.

Payments are accepted via EFT for Australian customers and PayPal for international customers.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before I send through your initial design proof. The remaining 50% will be due once the design proof has been approved and is ready for print.

As an Australian based business, we are not aware of and do not disclose the different import and customs taxes that international countries may apply to incoming parcels, as these are extremely varied and out of our control. It is your responsibility to pay these taxes on delivery of your product.

 

Proofing, Revisions & Product Specifications
It is your responsibility to read all specifications on your quote, invoice and design proof thoroughly before you proceed with your order. Including spelling/grammar in your artwork, product sizing, paper thicknesses, print techniques etc. No refunds / reprints will be given due to your oversight in proof reading and understanding the specifications.

Revisions to your design proof are generally free, you will be notified if you are about to incur additional revision fees. Once you have approved your artwork for print, no further changes can be made to the order. Additional changes requested after approval (including order quantity, copy edits, print style) will incur design revision fees and any associated reprint fees.

Whilst we do our best to ensure the colours of your products are as close as possible to the colours you see on screen, we can never guarantee a 100% match. Every screen resolution and setting is different, and the colours displayed on your screen may differ slightly to the colours you see in your product. Sample packs are available if you would like to get a look and feel for the paper / stock before proceeding with your order. Please enquire through our contact page.
