Is Paige Tuzée Designs Australia wide?

All of our services are available Australia wide. Larger items (such as signage) will only be available in digital format for the client to have printed locally.

Is Paige Tuzée Designs International?

All services are available for International clients. Larger items (such as signage) will only be available in digital format for the client to have printed locally. Shipping is calculated based on your specific location and product weight. 

As diligent as we are, there are certain things we have no control over. The delivery timeframe is in no way a guarantee of delivery time. If there are any unforeseen delays or issues with your order once posted, we are not liable. We have no control once it has left the studio and is in the hands of the postal service. Packages are always sent via tracked post. We typically use Australia Post for all orders, but DHL can be organised upon request.

As a foreign business we are not aware of and do not disclose the different taxes that international countries may apply to incoming parcels, as these are extremely varied and out of our control.

What is Paige Tuzée Designs product turnaround time?

To design an invitation suite please allow approximately 1 week. Print times vary depending on the style of printing you are after. Foil/emboss print typically takes 3-4 weeks. Digital printing takes approximately 1 week.

Can you do ‘on the day’ stationery?

At Paige Tuzée Designs we offer the whole stationery suite for your special day. This includes: signage, menus, place cards, table numbers etc. Please look at our latest portfolio updates and Instagram for wedding inspiration!

Are all Paige Tuzée Design’s orders custom?

Each design or suite is customised to the specific order. Paige Tuzée Designs is most reputable for their handwritten typography skill set, meaning every handwritten project is completely unique. We can base new designs off previous designs if the client likes a specific style. For more inspiration scroll through our Instagram.

P R I N T I N G

Does Paige Tuzée Designs supply a print sample before printing the whole order?

You will be sent a digital mock-up of your order via email. Once the final design is client approved we will send it off to be printed. Unfortunately we are unable to print off a single copy of the final design beforehand.

It is the client’s responsibility to proof read and approve the artwork before it is sent to print. Once the artwork has been approved, no further changes can be made. No refunds / reprints will be given due to an oversight in proof reading.

Can Paige Tuzée Designs supply any design samples?

We provide sample packages of past designs to help our customers make decisions. If you wish to purchase the sample package, this is $11 including postage fees. Enquire through our contact page.

If I want to print the invitations/design myself?

Paige Tuzée Designs recommends that you book the whole process with them, including printing. However if you wish to print them yourself we can supply the digital files for you.

Can we consult with Paige Tuzée Designs before ordering?

We are available for face to face consultations in Perth for medium-large orders and email consults for national/international orders. Most orders don’t need a consultation however if you feel it is essential to the design and order please remember to book your consultation in advance.
